Quiet and fully equipped accommodation with a private terrace and parking space in the courtyard (with electric vehicle charging station), directly adjacent to Graz City Park.
Newly renovated apartment for up to 4 people, with kitchen, double bed and sofa bed, fast Wi-Fi, 65" Smart TV with satellite reception, Netflix, Prime, etc., dining areas in the apartment (52m²) and on the terrace (+22m²).
Non-smoking apartment; an ashtray is provided on the terrace.

We have invested a lot of time and effort in designing the accommodation and hope you feel comfortable with us. To ensure that future guests also have a pleasant stay, we kindly ask you to treat the apartment and its furnishings with care.
We are available by phone, email, and WhatsApp before, during, and after your stay. We are happy to provide you with tips on sights, bars and restaurants, and excursions. events, public transport, etc.
By booking you accept our house rules:
- No parties.
- Events only after detailed consultation and approval.
- Rest times: Mon.-Sat. from 10:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. Sat. from 2:00 p.m. - midnight Sun. & public holidays.
- No more people than booked or agreed. The surcharge per non-registered person is €60 per night.
- Maximum 4 people and 1 car (second car on request).
- Smoking is prohibited throughout the apartment; there is an ashtray on the terrace. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.
- Check-in, only prior notification of your arrival time, between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
- Check-out by 10:00 a.m. Please note: For a late checkout that has not been previously agreed, we charge €60 until 12:15 and €120 after 12:15.
- To register guests, identification must be presented/transmitted (identity card or passport).
- If the keys or RFID card are lost, the procurement costs (without installation) for new locks + keys must be reimbursed if these costs are not covered by insurance.
- The apartment and the access are not completely childproof (gas stove, platform in the bedroom, stairs). Children are welcome but must be supervised.
- Pets are not permitted in the building, unfortunately no exceptions are possible.
